The Ask: a furnished luxury apartment in a record 3 weeks

This client called us and said they needed to be set up in a new place in SF, in 3 weeks. “Did we have bandwidth?” We hate to say no, so we kept the conversation going. They seemed reasonable and decisive, and they had a budget set aside for this, so we proceeded. We had 1 design meeting with the client. And 3 weeks later, we had 90% of their new place furnished, including art and accessories. The remaining 10% was completed in another few weeks. The client was supremely pleased, and we were thrilled we were able to execute it without compromising our service or standards.
