New Home for a Growing Family

The Ask: Design and remodel a new home in 4 months, before the arrival of their first child.
This client called us and said they bought a new home. It was early in the pandemic, and we had 4 months to design and renovate this project. We had meetings outside or via Zoom, and worked tirelessly to complete our drawing set, select finishes, and meet the contractor’s timeline. We were able to pull it off, just in time for a new baby to join the family.
