The Ask: Creating the “let-your-hair-down” version of the client in this space

As we completed this client’s main home, they decided to purchase a pied a terre in San Francisco, and we were thrilled to design it. This was an opportunity to show a different part of our client’s style and personality, where we could take more risks. The furniture is exuberant while still ultra comfortable. We were able to reuse a dining set that we didn’t get a chance to use on the main house. With new upholstery and a modern light fixture, the dining space feels effortlessly cool. We incorporated an office with a sleeper sofa and hung up some new art mixed in with their existing collection.
